Identity Theft Protection Service

Deseret First is now offering identity theft protection services to our members that are affordable and convenient.

ID Safe Choice is an optional product that you can sign up for at your local branch or by calling 801-456-7131. The cost is $3.50 per month for an individual and $4.95 per month to include an additional signer on your account.

The program includes the following features:

• Fully managed recovery with a personal advocate that will stay with you until your identity is recovered to what it was before the breach.
• $10,000.00 in expense reimbursements, such as court costs, lost wages and fees.
• Credit monitoring provided by Merchants Information Solutions (an email address is required for credit monitoring services).
• Accounts with any merchant or financial institution held by you are covered, not just the ones held at Deseret First.

The cost for the product is automatically deducted from an account of your choice on a monthly basis and you can cancel the enrollment at any time without a penalty.
