Deseret First Charitable Foundation
Deseret First Credit Union has been serving the LDS Community since 1955 and has often found opportunities to give back to our LDS field of membership. To formalize and further expand these service efforts, Deseret First established the Deseret First Charitable Foundation (DFCF) where donated funds are used to help outfit missionaries of any age from elder, sister, to a senior couple. The primary purpose of DFCF is to provide tangible items such as clothing, shoes and luggage to LDS missionaries. Various employees of the Credit Union volunteer their time to make this a reality. It is very rewarding to see the excitement of elders and sister as they prepare to serve! It’s even better knowing that we’ve been able to help in a small way to outfit them as they shop for their necessities.
We encourage you to join our efforts in helping outfit LDS Missionaries look below for options on how to donate to Deseret First Charitable Foundation!
