How We Started
Deseret First began as a small credit union created to serve employees of the Church. More than 70 years later, we have grown into a full-service credit union serving members and families across Utah and beyond.
While much has changed, our purpose has remained the same: helping members strengthen their financial lives so they can focus on what matters most.
Because we are member-owned and not-for-profit, earnings are returned through competitive rates, fewer fees, improved services, and support for the communities we serve.
